Subscription & Refunds
Premium pricing, renewals and cancelling.
Free plan
The free plan includes 12 scans per calendar month and 5 product answers per month. Counters reset at the start of each calendar month. Real-source provenance, your watchlist, recall alerts, household circles and your shopping list stay free.
Premium
Premium is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. It includes unlimited scans, unlimited product answers, AI coaching, side-by-side comparison and live price checks across stores. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future terms.
Payment and renewal
Payments are handled by Stripe or, for in-app purchases, by Apple or Google. Where a plan renews automatically, it renews at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancelling
If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store account settings — deleting the app or your InZoRAH account does not cancel store billing.
If you paid us directly, email kong@kysolutionsmn.com to cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies — we cannot issue those refunds.
For payments made directly to us, contact kong@kysolutionsmn.com within 14 days and we will review it in good faith. Refunds are otherwise at our discretion, except where the law gives you a stronger right.
Promotional codes
Free-Premium codes and influencer codes have no cash value, may be limited or expire, and can be withdrawn if abused.
